Shipping policy
Domestic:
Our current domestic delivery times are as stated below based on the option chosen at checkout and provided your order will ship to a U.S. address.
- Standard - Approx. 8-10 business days from the day ordered. Possible delays.
- Express - 4-7 business days from the day ordered
- Prime - 1-3 business days from the day ordered
Prime and Express shipping are guaranteed delivery times. Standard shipping delivery times are not guaranteed and subject to delays.
International:
Our current international delivery times are as stated below based on the option chosen at checkout.
- International Standard - Approx. 3-4 weeks
- FedEx International Connect Plus - Approx. 1-2 weeks
- FedEx International Priority - 5-9 business days from the day ordered.
International packages are subject to delays since we cannot control the amount of time it takes customs to process the package. Because of this, delivery times are not guaranteed. For orders outside of the USA, it is the discretion of the customs agency in your territory whether customs will be charged on the import of this item. It's unusual, but can happen. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.
*All of our shipping timelines are in business days (Monday-Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Pre-Orders:
If the order has a Pre-Order item, the complete order will be shipped when the Pre-Order item is back in stock, in the order they were received, with priority given to those with shipping upgrades.
